T32 is a family-friendly dental clinic that launched in Sydney in late 2022. Before opening the doors, they needed a rednote presence that signalled genuine clinical authority while staying warm and approachable, and that converted attention into in-clinic bookings rather than vanity follows. The account had to do real work as the clinic's front door from day one.

Dental is a trust-first category. A new clinic has to prove credibility and warmth at the same time, before a single patient has walked in.
We built the account around credibility and warmth in equal measure, with production values that matched a healthcare brand.
We produced bite-sized dental health explainers featuring the clinic's own specialists, building authority through genuinely useful content rather than claims.
We planned and filmed the grand opening to capture the warmth between kids, parents and the team, giving the brand an authentic human story at launch.
Five vetted creators were invited to experience services such as teeth cleaning and document them honestly. Every shoot was scripted in advance, filmed on professional-grade equipment, and reviewed before publishing.
The clinic opened with a credible account already running, not a blank profile. Bookings tracked back to the social channel from launch week, and the account became the studio's primary front door for new patients, doing the introductions before anyone arrived.
